Ring sizing is complimentary on any ring purchase over $300 excluding sale items. Rings under $300 are only a flat fee of $30 to resize. Martin Busch Jewelers also has a full-service custom design and repair studio and is here to help with any repairs and maintenance you might need on your fine jewelry regardless of where it was purchased. • Your diamond ring must be inspected by our authorized in-store representative every six months. • Your diamond ring must not have been subjected to abuse or damage, and all prongs must be intact.
Diamonds are the hardest substance on earth, but they are not unbreakable, therefore we can not guarantee your diamond against chipping and breaking.
We guarantee to refund the full purchase price of the diamond should you wish to return it for ANY reason within 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee your diamond to be genuine and cut and polished by a master craftsman.
We guarantee the setting against all manufacturer defects.
We guarantee that you will receive a discount on your wedding bands.
We guarantee to professionally clean, polish, inspect, and tighten any loose stones at no charge for the lifetime of your engagement ring.

Free domestic ground shipping is available on all orders over $100. Shipping charges on smaller orders may vary. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Charges vary by location and package value. All orders must be signed for by an adult. Orders will be shipped next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Most items are available for immediate shipping, some items may be temporarily unavailable, in those cases you will be contacted with an estimated ship date. Items requiring modification such as ring sizing will be shipped 2 weeks after the order is received.
Returns and Exchanges
Martin Busch Jewelers strives to deliver exception customer experiences, for this reason we gladly accept returns for a refund of the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your jewelry, excluding sale and discounted merchandise. Your jewelry purchase may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days after receiving your jewelry. Sale and discounted merchandise may only be returned for a store credit or merchandise exchange. Returned jewelry must be in original condition with no signs of wear. We are unable to accept for return jewelry that has been modified in any way, this includes resized, altered or engraved jewelry. We cannot accept special order merchandise or custom-made jewelry for return. Returns may be shipped back or returned to Martin Busch Jewelers. All items shipped must be properly packaged and insured for the full retail value and addressed as follows:

Ring Sizing and Alterations
Complimentary ring sizing is available for ring purchases over $300. Rings under $300 will be sized for a $30 fee. Please indicate ring size in the comments section in check out. Please allow 2 weeks shipment on items requiring alteration. Some ring styles are unable to be resized and need to be special ordered from the manufacturer. In these cases, we will reach out to you to give you an updated shipment date. Special order and sized rings cannot be accepted for return.
